Comfortable and independent rooms

The rooms, located inside a large villa with a garden, are suitable for various solutions for families or groups of friends of varying sizes. Each room has independent access, a private bathroom and convenient access on a single level, without stairs. In addition, you can park for free around the perimeter of the house, just outside the garden.

Three rooms, many possibilities

The use of rooms is determined based on the number of people in the group renting the apartment. For example, if the request is for 4 guests, two rooms in the apartment will be offered, while if there are more people, the third room will also be made available. Cots for small children are also available upon request.

A large garden at your disposal.

Surrounding the flat is a large garden with trees, aromatic plants and Mediterranean scrub. A corner of tranquillity and privacy that you can enjoy at any time. There is also a relaxation area consisting of a large patio where you can spend moonlit evenings accompanied by the song of cicadas. During the summer, you can also use a convenient outdoor shower to cool off or rinse off the salt after returning from the beach or an excursion.

A kitchen with everything you need

You will have access to a private kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, indulge your culinary creativity, or simply heat up a quick meal. We have provided crockery, an electric oven, a microwave, and all the most useful utensils.

  • Our house can accommodate up to 6 people.
  • Pets are not permitted.
  • It is not permitted to organise private parties or events.
  • Upon arrival, you must pay the tourist tax required by the Municipality of San Teodoro.

Very clean, easy check-in, lovely host and fantastic garden. We came as a family of three and our little one loved the space. Barbara was very helpful and accommodating during our stay and I can highly recommend everyone to stay there.
